1. Is the power on? Double check that your garage door is plugged in and switched on.
2. Has a fuse blown? Check your fuse box - sometimes a blown fuse is all that’s causing the issue.
3. Check your remote or keypad - has your remote's battery run out, or stopped pairing with your door? Find out how to replace your battery or re-pair your remote here.
4. Try a spare remote if you have one - for the reasons above, a spare and rarely-used remote might still open your door.
5. Check your wireless keypad battery - if you have one, your wireless keypad battery might need replacing.
6. Listen for the motor - press your remote or keypad and listen closely to see if you can hear the motor kicking into action? If you can hear the motor running but the door doesn’t move, the problem may be mechanical - in that case, we’ll need to help.
7. Check for obstructions - Make sure nothing is blocking the door’s path inside or outside your garage.
